44-year-old Cory Cumings from Mount Vernon pleaded guilty to two out of four DUIs within six months and was sentenced this week to 203 days in jail.
However, 150 days were suspended, and he was given credit for 30 days served, so he will serve a total of 23 days.
Cumings, owner of Mitchell Roofing and Siding, was granted work release but had his license revoked for a year.
Other misdemeanor charges in Davison County were dismissed, but he still faces charges in Aurora County, including three felony drug charges and two misdemeanors, following an ATF raid on his home and business in December.
