Dakota State University’s Paulson Cyber and Economic Development Center has been awarded a grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Cybersecurity for Small Business Pilot Program.
This grant will help small businesses enhance their cybersecurity infrastructure.
DSU is the only university to receive this grant twice since its introduction in 2022, showcasing its leadership in cybersecurity initiatives.
Dr. Ashley Podhradsky, DSU’s Vice President for Research & Economic Development, emphasized the center’s dedication to supporting South Dakota small businesses.
The program continues to provide training and resources to improve cybersecurity for local enterprises.
Eastern Washington University and the University of Texas at San Antonio were also recipients of the grant.
