Authorities in Rock County, Minnesota, responded to a call about a possible deceased person in a ditch around noon on Wednesday, discovering 76-year-old William Krotzer of Luverne on 141st Street north of Beaver Creek, who had been fatally struck by a Chevrolet Z71 pickup.
Krotzer’s vehicle, with a flat tire, was found a mile away.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office urges anyone with information to contact them.
