A former pastor at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Huron, South Dakota, has been arrested on two counts of manufacturing child pornography.
Police say 32-year-old Kevin Koester was taken into custody after investigators found explicit images—believed to be zoomed-in screen captures from daycare security footage—on a computer in his church office.
Koester, who began working at the church in 2019, is no longer listed as a pastor.
He posted a $25,000 bond and is due back in court on July 23.
