Gasoline Prices Drop in South Dakota, National Average Sees Decline

Gasoline prices in South Dakota have decreased by 7.5 cents per gallon over the past week, averaging $3.22/g, with a month-over-month decline of 31 cents and a year-over-year decrease of 33 cents.

Diesel prices have also fallen nationally by 4 cents to $4.34/g.

GasBuddy’s survey reveals that the cheapest station in South Dakota was priced at $2.85/g, while the most expensive was $3.75/g, marking a 90 cents per gallon difference.

The national average gasoline price has dropped by 4 cents to $3.33/g in the last week, showing a month-over-month decline of 24 cents and a year-over-year decrease of 42 cents.

GasBuddy’s data is based on over 11 million weekly reports covering 150,000 gas stations nationwide.
