The individual who lost their life on Saturday morning along Rodeo Road in White River has been identified.
According to the Department of Public Safety, a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban was heading eastbound on Rodeo Road when, for reasons yet to be determined, a passenger exited the moving vehicle.
The passenger, identified as 33-year-old Ty Dimond, suffered fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing by South Dakota’s Highway Patrol.
