JoDean’s Steakhouse and Lounge, a Yankton restaurant that has been in business for over 50 years, will be closing its doors soon.
In a social media post, the restaurant thanked its customers for their support over the years.
“We would like all of you to know it is now true. JoDean’s will be closing soon,” the post read. “We thank you all for your support over the years. Thanks you!!”
The restaurant, which opened in 1972, is currently Yankton’s largest eating establishment. It serves buffets and offers private dining for up to 225 people.
The closing date for the restaurant has not been confirmed, nor has the purchaser or future plans been revealed.
