The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian near Spearfish on Saturday morning.
The male pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Officials are seeking public assistance in locating a purple 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe with New Jersey License Plate E46NZY, driven by a female with minor damage to the front bumper and grill.
