Man Pushed from Second-Floor Balcony in Sioux Falls, Suffers Injuries

A man in central Sioux Falls suffered a broken leg and head injuries after being pushed from a second-floor balcony at an apartment in the 900 block of N Cliff Ave around 9:30 p.m. on Friday.

The incident occurred when two men went outside the apartment, with an argument ensuing.

Subsequently, one of the men, identified as 43-year-old Yai Yai from Sioux Falls, pushed the victim off the balcony.

Yai Yai was arrested for Aggravated Assault, while the victim, a 41-year-old man from Sioux Falls, sustained injuries from the fall.
