43-year-old Jeremy Zwetzig from Mitchell is facing federal charges related to stealing checks from others’ mail to obtain money.
The case, which includes charges of federal bank fraud, stealing mail, and aggravated identity theft, was unsealed recently.
Court documents indicate that Zwetzig had at least two victims and that the alleged crimes started in the previous summer.
