During the overnight hours of Monday, July 24, and into the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 25, several garages and vehicles in Mitchell were entered in the area around Patton Young Park in Mitchell.
Around this same time, a 2015 white Dodge pickup was stolen from the 600 block of S. Junita. This vehicle is believed to have been involved in a hit and run in the 1300 block of W. Havens as well as a short pursuit with the Police Department which was terminated.
