Authorities in Sioux Falls are investigating a fatal crash that occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday at East 57th Street and South Rateliff Avenue.
Emergency crews responded to the scene where a motorcycle had collided with a car, resulting in critical injuries to the male motorcycle driver.
Despite lifesaving efforts, the driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the motorcycle was traveling at a high speed east on 57th Street when it collided with a black sedan entering the intersection.
The identities of those involved have not been released.
