(KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man has been indicted for murder in New Jersey.
27-year-old Dominique Woodall was indicted Tuesday for shooting and killing Atlantic City resident Terrance Dismuke on June 16th.
The indictment alleges that Woodall was in his vehicle when he shot Dismuke outside a family gathering.
Woodall’s charges include murder, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a handgun.
He continues to be held in the Atlantic County jail ahead of his sentencing.
