A South Carolina man has been arrested on drug charges in Brookings, S.D.
The charges are related to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, specifically between 1 ounce and less than half a pound.
34-year-old Nicholas Steed was arrested on Friday, July 21, in the 800 block of Third Street when the vehicle Steed was traveling in was pulled over for a moving violation.
He is currently being held in the Brookings County Detention Center since the arrest and is awaiting further legal proceedings.
