South Dakota Congressional delegation will not be in the state when Trump visits

All three members of South Dakota’s delegation to Washington will not be in South Dakota when Donald Trump visits in September.

Trump will be in Rapid City headlining the state GOP’s “Monumental Leaders Rally” at the Monument.

All three have scheduling conflicts on that day.

South Dakota Senators John Thune and Mike Rounds have officially endorsed Senator Tim Scott for President. Senator Rounds explained his reasons why.

Representative Dusty Johnson says he will not officially endorse a candidate for president but did sing Scott’s praises when asked about who he likes in the primary.
