South Dakota Penitentiary Inmate Dies

Manford Adkins, a prisoner who was incarcerated at the South Dakota State Penitentiary, has passed away at the age of 76.

The South Dakota Department of Corrections confirmed Adkins’ death through a press release issued on Wednesday.
