Adyn Brenden, a 19-year-old student from South Dakota attending Hamilton College in New York, faces a felony charge of aggravated harassment for allegedly posting antisemitic remarks on art canvases around campus.
Following an investigation by State Police, Brenden was identified as a suspect and admitted to the actions when confronted in his dorm.
He has been suspended from the college pending a hearing regarding his dismissal.
Brenden is scheduled to appear in Kirkland Town Court on October 15, 2024.
Authorities have confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to the campus community.
