Poor Bear, age 30, is a Native American male. He is 5-feet-11 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
He is serving sentences for first-degree robbery and possession of a controlled substance from Pennington County.
Shot With Arrow, age 30, is a Native American male. He is 5-feet-9 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
He is serving sentences for aggravated assault, grand theft and possession of a controlled substance from Minnehaha County.
An offender leaving a correctional facility without authorization constitutes second-degree escape, a Class 5 felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
