Three individuals have been arrested in connection to a kidnapping in Sioux Falls.
Samantha Talent Adams, 43, was charged with first-degree kidnapping and aggravated assault after being apprehended on October 1st.
The charges stem from a September 19th incident where a 47-year-old woman was held captive in a Sioux Falls apartment and later transported to a location near Clear Lake Township.
Previously, Edgar Segura, 30, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, and attempted second-degree rape, while his sister, Diana Segura Luna, was arrested for kidnapping and aggravated assault.
The investigation is ongoing, and further arrests are anticipated.
