Richard Alan Kucera and Ivy Rose Heron are accused of engaging in child sex trafficking and producing child pornography in Winner between 2020 and 2021.
Court documents reveal that they forced a child into a commercial sex act, with Kucera also taking explicit photographs for distribution.
If found guilty, the defendants could be sentenced to life in prison.
