Arthur Black Bull, 19, and Therryn Black Horse, 22, both from Winner, South Dakota, were sentenced to federal prison for their roles in a drive-by shooting.
Black Bull received a 10-year sentence, and Black Horse was sentenced to five years, each followed by five years of supervised release.
The April 2023 incident occurred when the men drove past a residence in Winner Tribal Housing; Black Bull fired shots at the home, intending to scare the victim over a prior disagreement. The victim and family members were home but were not harmed.
Both men pleaded guilty in August and have been transferred to U.S. Marshals custody.
