USDA Report Shows Strong Corn and Soybean Prospects for South Dakota Farmers

The latest report from the US Department of Agriculture brings good news for corn and soybean producers in South Dakota.

The report indicates that the state is surpassing its average production levels. Approximately 45% of the state’s corn crop is in excellent or good condition, with 37% rated as fair and only 18% as poor.

Similarly, South Dakota’s soybean yield is showing promise, with 44% rated as excellent or good and 38% as fair.
