Wagner, South Dakota, will reinstate its curfew for minors beginning March 3, 2025. The curfew will require minors to be home by 10 p.m. Sunday through Friday, and by midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
A curfew whistle will sound at 9:30 p.m. to signal the start of the curfew. Violations could result in fines or detention, with repeat offenders facing more severe consequences.
The curfew does not apply to minors accompanied by an adult or returning from school or church-sponsored activities.
Parents could be fined up to $200 for violations.
