Watertown Police have arrested a juvenile in connection with a vandalism incident at the waterfront in City Park.
According to a Facebook post by the police, the individual caused approximately $3,000 in damage by shaking a lamp post until the glass broke.
A black two-door pickup and a dark-colored SUV were seen at the scene.
Following multiple tips, the juvenile was arrested and later released to their parents.
