The Mitchell Police Department is currently attempting to locate 24 year old Robert Lewis Martin. Martin currently has an outstanding Davison County arrest warrant for Forgery and has been evading arrest since the warrant was issued. A cash reward of $500.00 is available for information leading to Martin’s arrest.
