The City of Mitchell is declaring a snow emergency in anticipation of the forecast evening and overnight snowfall amounts effective at 12:00 am Thursday, April 11th. All vehicles shall be removed from the designated Snow Emergency Routes or they will be subject to ticket and tow. NO PARKING will be allowed on the Snow Emergency Routes until after the storm is over and the streets have been cleared curb to curb.
