The restaurant chain Culver’s has raised $2.5 million to support agriculture education through its “Thank You Farmers” project that launched six years ago.
In 2019 alone, $400,000 has been raised for FFA and other
programs that educate future ag leaders.
Culver’s CEO Joe Koss says agriculture is facing a turning
point where the responsibility of feeding a growing population falls on
everyone, not just farmers.
Koss further shows his support as a new member on the board
of directors for the US Farmers and Ranchers Alliance.
