Tuesday’s budget address by Governor Kristi Noem was the sixth for State Representative Lance Koth of Mitchell. All with the same Governor.
He’s uncomfortable with the Governor proposing a four-percent boost for state employees, community service providers and education, also known as the big three……
Koth was disappointed there was no mention of the County Funding committee recommendations….
He appreciated the Governor’s overall conservative approach to the budget. Lawmakers return to Pierre for the start of the 2024 legislative session on January 9th.
