It looks like there’s some business and housing development underway in the region.
Heartland Regional Development Director David Lambert briefed Davison County Commissioners on what’s happening during Tuesday’s meeting.
“We’re just finishing off on a 24 acre new business park in Corsica,” said Lambert. “We’ve got some business prospects that are looking at building in there.”
Plus the development of a 40 acre business park in Parkston with Kaylor Agri Services.
There’s also new housing in the northeast corner of Armour. “Bob Goodnow, of Bob’s Farm Service, purchased some land up there,” Lambert said. “It’s been 75 years since they had a housing sub-division.”
He says it’s already got one house completed and a couple of more starting this year.
