190 Dakota Wesleyan University students were granted degrees during Sunday afternoon’s commencement at the Corn Palace.
1987 DWU graduate and former educator Terry Nebelsick delivered the commencement address, “On This Solid Rock.” He challenged the Class of 2025 with the words of John Wesley. “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, for as long as you can,” said Nebelsick.

As well as practicing the concept of agape love. “Agape love means love no matter what,” Nebelsick stated. “Unconditional, no matter what, agape love means regardless of background, race, orientation, or last name. Agape love means regardless of a person’s attitude, of their pain, or of their joy.”
