Governor Kristi Noem is hosting a townhall in Mitchell at the High School on Wednesday.
She’ll also sign SB 127, which establishes a minimum teacher salary and revises the requirements pertaining to average teacher compensation, and HB 1022, which makes an appropriation so that DOE can continue to provide this professional development in literacy to teachers, into law.

The bill signing ceremony will take place at the Mitchell High School Library at 11:00am. The townhall will begin at 11:15am in the library as well. Guests can enter through the Mitchell High School main entrance.
