The South-Central Alcohol Task Force recently conducted 19 alcohol compliance checks in the city of Mitchell. The following establishments were checked and passed: Lupo, The Masonic Temple, Corn Palace Gift Shop, Corn Palace, Main Street Mercantile, Area Community Theatre, Jokerz Casino II, Village Bowl / Sneakers Casino, Lakeview Golf Course, Motel 6, Westside Sinclair, County Fair Food Store, The Green Room, El Columpio, Meat Lodge, Graham Sinclair, Marlin’s Roadhouse Grille, Cattleman’s Club Steakhouse, and Cubby’s on Burr Street. In each case the clerk refused to sell alcohol to an underage confidential informant. There were no failures.
