The Mitchell City Council spent the better part of Monday’s meeting getting briefed on the Dry Run Creek Drainage report prepared by Infrastructure Design Group over the last several years.
Engineer Phil Gundvaldson outlined the various bottlenecks along Dry Run Creek at Minnesota Street, Sanborn Boulevard and Burr Street and possible solutions…..
It’s up to the council which potential scenario it chooses along with the costs which could be in the millions. The group took no action as the presentation was informational. The council also approved the developer agreement with TIF-36 and met in executive session for legal and negotiation issues.
