Mitchell City Council, School Board and Initiated Measure election results

Here are the results of Tuesday’s Mitchell City, School Board and Initiated Measure election.

Ward One voters re-elected Councilor Tim Goldammer with 458 votes to Sarah Deakins 329 votes.

Ward Two voters elected Shaun Davis with 248 votes, followed by incumbent Councilor John Doescher with 219 votes and Jay Schreurs with 180 votes.

Ward Three voters elected Ken Schlimgen with 469 votes over incumbent Councilor Mike Bathke with 262 votes.

Ward Four voters elected Jason Greenway with 829 votes over Patrick McGeough with 198 votes.

City voters overwhelmingly approved term limits for mayor and city council with 2,427 yes votes to 950 no votes.

Mitchell School District voters re-elected incumbent Deb Everson with 2,050 votes to Vanessa Klock’s 1,706 votes.
