Dear Parents and Guardians,
Many of you have been asking how or when you can pick up items from your student’s locker. We would like to help facilitate this while still maintaining the social distancing guidelines recommended by the CDC. We have cleaned out all student lockers and have the items ready for pickup. The pickup schedule is listed below. When you arrive at MMS for pickup, please enter the grounds as you would for morning drop off. We are working to make this as quick as possible for everyone. To avoid any misplaced items we ask that you only pick up items for your student/s or have the student with you when you pick up the items. This does not include gym lockers; these will be distributed at a separate time.
On the day of pickup:
- We will have a staff member positioned by a large feather banner at the southeast entrance. Stop and give this staff member the name of the student/s whose items you are pickup up. They will radio ahead so that staff can begin locating the items.
- Follow the directions given to you by this staff member.
- When you pull up to the curb by MMS, please do not get out of your vehicle. Open your trunk or roll down your window and we will bring the contents of the locker to you.
Again, we are working to make this go as quickly as possible for everyone, but we’ll still maintain social distancing with workers inside MMS, so please be patient.
6th Grade- April 20th-8:00-10:30 & 11:00-1:00
7th Grade- April 21st- 8:0010:30 & 11:00-1:00
8th Grade- April 22nd-8:00-10:30 & 11:00-1:00
If you are not able to make these times, we will have an alternative pickup on April 22nd 4:00-6:00 PM
If you have students in multiple grade levels you may choose your pickup time and let the workers know you need items for both students.
