The South Dakota Department of Public Safety has released the names of those involved in a fatal crash in Sioux Falls last Thursday.
66 year old Neal Charles Harper of Absarokee, Montana driving a Ford-F350 west on Interstate 90 when it struck a 2017 Toyota Sienna then exited the interstate at Cliff Avenue, went over a barrier and rolled, coming to rest in an open field.
Harper sustained fatal injuries. His passenger, 68 year old Marilyn Kay Starr, also of Absarokee, was transported to a Sioux Falls hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Toyota, 47 year old Jennifer Lynn Jepsen of Colton, was not injured.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
