The new Avera Therapy and Sports location hosted a ribbon-cutting to introduce the new facility to the public. “We’re super excited to open this space,” said Director Becky Weich. “We’re actually ending up with 9,000 more square-feet than we had before and it’s given us the opportunity to have different equipment and offer different services.”
It’s located next to Krohmer Plumbing in the former Shopko building. “It’s amazing for our patients, it’s a great curbside entrance,” Weich said. “We have a lot of staff that come and go and provide services at the hospital or Avera Brady, so having us more centrally located and more of us under one roof just allows us to be more efficient and see more patients and provide great care to our community.”
Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 5:30 pm with Sports services by appointment.
