Ethan High School was awarded a POET grant to purchase advanced equipment for classroom science experiments. The supplies to be purchased include hotplate stirrers, advanced scales, electronic balances, electrolysis demonstration apparatus, and more.

“At POET, we are proud to support local organizations that share our mission to have a positive impact on the community,” said Becky Pitz, General Manager of POET Bioprocessing – Mitchell. “By supporting educational initiatives, we are investing in a brighter future, fostering innovation, and investing in our future leaders.”

Through POET’s annual Community Impact Grant Program, individuals and organizations are invited to apply for funding for projects aimed at changing their community for the better. The next grant cycle will open in the spring of 2025.
