Mitchell Police have arrested a 19 year old Mitchell man in connection with a number of vandalized signs around Lake Mitchell and other parts of town. The signs were defaced with black spray paint and first reported on Tuesday.
Assistant Police Chief Mike Koster says Isaiah Alexander Schryvers, who also goes by the last name of Armentrout, was arrested Wednesday and more arrests are possible as the investigation is continuing. So far there are seven victims and more are possible.
Some of the defaced signs include Camp Arroya, Sandy Beach, Lake Mitchell Trail, Cadwell Park, Lion’s Point Park, Eastridge Apartments plus a brick wall at a residence on North Harmon Drive. The initials “TBZ” and the word “psycho” appear on a number of them.
