A trio of bills regarding carbon dioxide pipelines is on its way to Governor Kristi Noem’s desk. The House Wednesday agreed to the conference committee recommendation 42-28 on HB 1185 and 41-29 on HB 1186. Representative Lance Koth of Mitchell voted “yes” on both while Representative Ben Krohmer voted “no” on the measures.
The Senate concurred on SB 201 24-10.
