Mitchell Police have arrested 25-year-old Casey Dwayne Nespor and 24-year-old Molly Margaret Nicholson as they both had an outstanding Davison County arrest warrant for several charges related to illegal drug distribution. On Thursday Police executed search warrants at their residence located at 601 E. Hanson Avenue, 2 storage units rented by Nicholson located at 409 S. Ohlman St. and at a residence owned by Nespor located at 617 W. 5th Avenue in Mitchell, SD.
Officers found approximately 2 ounces of marijuana, 5 packages of apparent THC edible gummie food items, a notebook that appeared to contain a list of drug transactions, $31,411 in cash and other items that were seized.
Additional Criminal Charges are possible. This incident is the continuance of an ongoing criminal investigation involving these individuals.
