Her remarkable play was characterized by consistent shot-making and strategic course management, allowing her to effectively navigate the coures layout. Meyerink’s ability to maintain focus throughout the rounds was key to her success.
In addition to her individual accomplishments, Meyerink’s strong performance played an important role in helping the Tigers achieve an impressive overall second-place finish in the team standings. Her dedication and hard work not only reflect her personal commitment to the sport but also contribute to the overall strength of the Dakota Wesleyan women’s golf team.
Coach Meyerink shares his thoughts on Allisons’ recent performance, “Allison and the team had a good fall season. Allison will be the first to tell you the individual wins are a nice bonus along with the GPAC Player of the Week accolade, but the team goals are what she is focused on and she will continue to put in the time this off-season to give this team the best chance to succeed this spring. I couldn’t be more pleased with her time and effort and it is an exciting time for DWU Women’s Golf.” The Tigers end their fall season with a strong showing and look forward to their future growth.
