SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Jed Jenson has been named the GPAC’s Offensive Player of the Week following a great performance against the Waldorf Warriors in DWU’s homecoming game.
Jenson threw for five passing touchdowns against the Warriors, tying his career-best from earlier this season, and had his best day as a Tiger in terms of completion percentage, going 20-for-28 (71.4%) for 226 yards through the air. His efforts lifted the Tigers to a convincing 33-14 win. Jenson is also the first Dakota Wesleyan quarterback to be named conference player-of-the-week since 2018, when Shaye Slaughter set multiple school records against Presentation College.
