Mitchell Baseball (8-9) picked up a big road win on Tuesday night, defeating SF Washington 6-5.
Karter Sibson scored the game winning run for Mitchell in the seventh and final inning on a Lincoln Bates bunt single.
Mitchell trailed 5-1 going into the fourth inning, before scoring the final five runs of the game.
Bates picked up the win in relief with three shutout innings out of the bullpen. Dylan Soulek and Hudson Haley both went 2-for-4 with a run scored.
SF Washington came into the game third in seed points in Class A Baseball, with the latest updates standings released this past Monday.
Mitchell will be in Pierre on Friday night for a double header that starts at 6:30 pm, before returning home for two games on Saturday vs. Rapid City Stevens.
