SIOUX CITY, Iowa — The Great Plains Athletic Conference announces its women’s volleyball honors for the third week of the season, with two Dakota Wesleyan athletes being recognized.
Back-to-back conference Setter-of-the-Year Kayleigh Hybertson records her second Player-of-the-Week award of the season after amassing 107 assists through three matches at the CSM Labor Day Classic in Omaha, Nebraska. She averaged 11.89 assists per set and added 18 digs, four service aces, and four kills to her totals on the weekend and remains the driving force behind the 11th-ranked Tigers’ offense.
Reigning GPAC Co-Defender-of-the-Year Lizzie Tyler also earned her second Player-of-the-Week award of 2026 following a weekend that saw the senior average 5.11 digs-per-set in the team’s three sweeps. Her 46 recorded digs bring her all-time career-leading mark to 1,940 through the first portion of the season.
