Like many farmers in the Midwest, Mark Seib is doing what he can to get ready for the 2019 growing season.
“We’re making some changes to equipment- on the planter we’ve worked those over and made some changes to them,” he says. “We’re starting to see weeds so we’re also thinking about our chemical program and what we’re going to have to do with it.”
There have been varying
reports about whether it will be an early spring or not, but the southwest Indiana
farmer tells Brownfield he’s not worried.
