An egg farmer at the White House today for the annual Easter
Egg Roll says a lot of people don’t know where eggs come from, so he’s telling
them, “It’s a great opportunity to walk through the crowd. I’m wearing an ‘Ask
an Egg Farmer’ button.”

Mark Sauder is the fourth-generation owner of Sauder’s Eggs
in Pennsylvania, and tells Brownfield Ag News, “Once they understand that it
starts at the farm and how we care for the chickens and bringing the eggs to
market in refrigerated trucks, et cetera.
