Good week for soybean, sorghum export inspections

The USDA says sorghum and soybean export inspections for the week ending December 12th were more than what’s needed to meet USDA projections for the current marketing year. The 2019/20 marketing year started June 1st for wheat and September 1st for beans, corn, and sorghum.

Wheat came out at 506,921 tons, up 140,907 from the week ending December 5th, but down 178,875 from the week ending December 13th, 2018. The main destinations for the week were Mexico and Japan.
