Input availability leads Corn Soy Expo discussions

The president of the Wisconsin Soybean Association says there will be seed to plant this year’s crop but everything else is still up in the air.

Steve Trzebiatowski tells Brownfield crop input availability is debatable.

“Are we going to be able to get the right products that we always use or want to use?” he questions.

The Amherst crop farmer says he’s thankful the fall season ended well enough to establish cover crops but has been surprised by the lack of snowfall totals.  Trzebiatowski expects that cover to help.
