La Crosse Seed has been acquired by DLF Pickseed. The deal was announced Friday. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
In a statement, La Crosse Seed chairman Paul Curran says they look forward to becoming part of the Danish-based DLF organization and its global leadership position within the cool season turf grass and forage seed markets.
DLF also acquired Pickseed Canada and Pickseed USA in 2013 and now has operations in more than twenty countries.
